Items marked “Available” may either be in stock or sourced from our supplier. If an item is sourced from our supplier, dispatch may take up to 7 working days or longer. By placing an order for an item that is sourced from our supplier, you acknowledge and agree to this potential delay.

While we strive to maintain accurate availability information, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time (for example, if an item becomes unavailable). In the event of cancellation, you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded in full.

5. PCB Purchases — Opened Seal

All printed circuit board (PCB) purchases are sold sealed. Once the seal has been opened, the product is non‑returnable and non‑refundable. By purchasing a PCB, you acknowledge and accept this policy. We will be requesting a qualified technician report and licence information to refund a PCB item deemed faulty.

6. Liability & Unauthorised Use

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site.

8. Pricing Errors

We offer a wide range of products. In the event we detect a pricing error (including product price or shipping cost) after your purchase has been completed, you agree to pay the corrected amount. If you do not agree to pay the corrected price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you in full.
