This is the main oven thermostat for some very old Champion ovens with the brown/black and orange detailing on the main dial panel and older style clock interface in the middle. The old thermostat stamping often has 55.13064.07 or 55.13064.070 and has been superseded to a kit that suits the old thermostat code with newer components to keep a replacement available.
