Washing Machine Door Boot Seal / Bellows Gasket - Euromaid, Baumatic, Lemair & Fisher & Paykel Front Loaders
The door boot seal (also called the door bellows, door gasket or in the manufacturer catalogue the "door hood - rubber") is the large flexible rubber ring that joins the front of the cabinet to the outer tub and keeps wash water inside the drum. It is a wear item: coins, underwire, zips and keys cut the lower fold, and years of damp cycling perish the rubber and trap mould. This is the correct seal for the 5kg and 7kg Arcelik-built front loaders sold in Australia under the Euromaid, Baumatic, Lemair and Fisher & Paykel badges.

| 2905570100 - this listing | The 5kg / 7kg boot seal. Superseded by 2905572500 - if you are quoted either number you are being quoted the same seal. |
| 2905572500 | The current Arcelik number for this same seal. Interchangeable with 2905570100. |
| 2905572100 | A different boot seal used on some BWL5, WM5PRO, WM7, WM7PRO and WMFL55 machines. Check your serial number if you have one of these models. |
| 2905573100 / 2905573500 | The WM8 and WMFL8 gasket. Larger machine, different seal - not this part. |
| 2904520100 | A visually similar Beko / Blomberg gasket that aftermarket sellers often cross-list against this one. Not confirmed interchangeable - we do not recommend substituting it. |
| 790721 | Fisher & Paykel's own number for the same bellows on the WH70F60 series. |
Brands: Euromaid, Baumatic, Lemair, Fisher & Paykel (Arcelik / Beko built). On Euromaid and Baumatic machines the model and serial number are on a sticker inside the door opening or on the rear panel; on Fisher & Paykel they are on the rating plate behind the door. Please quote the full model number and the serial number. If your model is not listed, send us your full model number and we will check it for you.
| Water on the floor at the front of the machine | Split or perforated bellows - almost always in the underside of the bottom fold. |
| Leaks only during or just after spin | An early-stage split that only opens up under spin pressure. |
| Persistent musty or mouldy smell | Mould embedded in perished rubber that keeps coming back after cleaning. |
| Black marks or rubber debris on clean washing | The rubber has broken down and is shedding onto the load. |
| Visible tears, cuts or holes in the rubber | Usually caused by coins, keys, underwire or zips trapped in the fold. |
| Door will not seal or feels loose | Seal has hardened, stretched or come out of its retaining groove. |
| Part type | Door boot seal / door bellows gasket |
| Fits | Front load washing machines, 5kg and 7kg Arcelik platform |
| Diameter | Approximately 370mm |
| Inner circumference | Approximately 101cm |
| Outer circumference | Approximately 112.5cm |
| Clamps | Two coil-spring retaining clamps - outer band to cabinet, inner band to outer tub |
| Not suitable for | Euromaid WM8 and WMFL8 |
| Isolate and drain | Switch off at the wall, turn off the water tap and drain the machine through the filter before you start. |
| Front panel | On this Arcelik platform you will usually need to remove the kick strip, release the door lock and take out the three screws at the bottom of the front panel to get proper access. |
| Outer clamp | Prise the outer spring band tensioner out with a flat blade screwdriver and note the channel it seats into before removing it. |
| Inner clamp | The inner spring clamp holds the rear lip to the outer tub lip. It needs a clamp tool or good needle-nose pliers to re-tension. |
| Orientation - critical | The seal is not symmetrical. The drain and vent holes must sit at the very bottom, and the locating mark on the seal must line up with the mark at the top of the outer tub. Fitting it rotated is the most common cause of an immediate leak after replacement. |
| Seating | A little dish soap helps it seat without forcing. Fit the inner clamp first, then stretch the front lip onto the cabinet, then the outer spring last. |
| Final check | Run a finger right around the seal and check for creases or rolled edges - a crease will wick water straight out. Then run a short rinse and spin before refitting the panel. |
| Correct part first time | We match the part to your exact model and build code before it ships. |
| Australia-wide delivery | Dispatched from our Sydney warehouse to every state and territory. |
