Blanco / Omega / Euro / Lofra Oven Door Seal - 4 Sided, 6 Pin

Genuine four-sided oven door seal with six locating pins. This is the rope gasket that runs around the oven cavity opening and seals against the inside of the door. A hard, shrunken or torn seal lets heat escape past the door, so the oven runs slow, the front panel and handle get hot, and the door glass discolours.

Fitting Notes

Let the oven cool completely. Pull the old seal out by hand - the pins simply unclip from the holes in the cavity face. Start the new seal at one bottom corner, work the pins in around the opening, and finish at the bottom so the join sits where it is least stressed. Do not stretch the seal to make it fit.
