Miele has superseded 05117408 to 5117409. The two are interchangeable and 5117409 is what is supplied.

Installation

Disconnect the oven from power before starting. Remove the rear fan baffle inside the cavity, take off the fan blade, unplug the motor leads and unbolt the motor from the rear panel. Fit the new motor, refit the blade and baffle, then run the oven on fan forced and check the blade turns freely without contact.
