Replacement carbon odour filter for 600mm rangehoods running in recirculating mode. Measures 480 x 160 x 10mm. The carbon filter sits behind the aluminium grease filter and absorbs cooking odours before the air is returned to the room. Supplied as one filter.

When To Replace

Carbon filters cannot be washed or cleaned. Replace when cooking smells start lingering in the kitchen, when airflow through the hood drops, or roughly every three to six months in normal use. If your rangehood is ducted outside, a carbon filter is not required.

Fitting

Switch the rangehood off at the wall. Release the aluminium grease filter and drop it down, then clip or slide the carbon filter into its holder behind it. Refit the grease filter. No tools required on most models.

This is the odour filter only, not the aluminium grease filter. Check your rangehood is set up for recirculating operation and measure your existing filter against 480 x 160 x 10mm before ordering.
