Also suits other applications.These knobs have markings OFF, LO, HI & 11 divisions in between.The kit comes with 5 each of 5 different inserts, so can be used on any of the standard simmerstat shaft sizes.The knobs have a choice of skirt and one marked for oven temperature.Skirt diameter 50mm, knob height 30mm.Packet supplied may be either in blister pack form or a plastic bag depending on current stock.
