Technika Bellissimo 900mm Oven Door Seal Gasket

Genuine frontal door seal gasket for Technika 900mm freestanding cookers and built in ovens. This is the seal that runs around the front face of the oven cavity and presses against the inside of the door to stop heat escaping past the door edge.

When To Replace

Replace the door seal when it is hard, cracked, flattened, torn or has pulled away from its corners, when the oven front and door handle run hotter than normal, when the oven is slow to reach temperature or cooks unevenly, or when you can feel heat escaping around the closed door.

Fitting

Let the oven cool completely. The seal is held by hooks or pegs that locate into slots around the oven cavity front. Unhook the old seal, start the new one at the top corners and work down each side, keeping it square so it is not stretched. Close the door and check the seal is compressed evenly all the way round.
